At Ideal Music, we aim to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected, and our refund and return policy is designed to be as harmonious as our instruments.

Policy Duration

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase

For a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts is not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to notify you of the receipt of your item. We’ll also communicate the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at our sales inbox and send your item to our physical address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

Please send your product to our physical address. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
